Offer and Sale of Products
The offer and sale of products on our website (“medere.it”) and the MEDERE app are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Products purchased on medere.it or via the MEDERE app are sold directly by MEDERE SRL. For more information, please contact our customer service at the email address: support@medere.it.
How to Enter into a Contract with Medere
To purchase one or more products on medere.it, you must fill out the order form electronically and submit it to MEDERE SRL via telematic means, following the instructions provided on the MEDERE app or on the website (“medere.it”). The order form includes a link to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and provides information about the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the corresponding price (including all applicable taxes or duties).
The contract is considered concluded when MEDERE SRL receives your order form electronically, after verifying the accuracy of the data relating to your order. Before purchasing the products by submitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. You will also be asked to confirm your acceptance by ticking the appropriate box during the payment phase.
The order form will be stored in our database for the time necessary to process the orders and in accordance with legal requirements. Before submitting the order form, you will also be asked to check and correct any input errors.
Once the contract is finalized, MEDERE SRL will process your order. If the information provided to MEDERE SRL is incomplete or incorrect, you will be informed via email that the contract could not be concluded, along with the reasons. We will also provide all the necessary information to complete your purchase.
If the products displayed on medere.it or the app are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access or the submission of your order, MEDERE SRL will notify you promptly and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the day after your order was received. MEDERE SRL will issue a full refund of any amount you may have already paid.
By submitting the order form, you unconditionally accept and agree to observe these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained therein, including those referenced via links, such as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you are invited not to proceed with the purchase on medere.it.
Once the contract is concluded, MEDERE SRL will send you an order confirmation via email, including a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, essential product details, and price breakdown). Customers are advised to download and print a copy of the order form and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which MEDERE SRL reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without prior notice.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer expressly acknowledges that the purchased items are semi-finished products, not classified as medical devices. The responsibility for their transformation into custom-made medical devices and their subsequent use—including on patients—lies solely with the purchasing company. MEDERE SRL shall not be held liable for any use that deviates from the intended purpose of these products as non-medical, intermediate components.
Warranties and Product Characteristics
Only original and high-quality products are sold on medere.it. These products are manufactured directly by MEDERE SRL at its facilities, where strict quality controls are enforced.
The essential features of the products are listed on the shop page of medere.it and on the MEDERE app within each product page (accessible by selecting “More Information” on the model selection screen).
However, product images and colors may not accurately reflect the actual product due to browser and monitor settings. Product prices may be subject to change. Please ensure you are aware of the final sale price before submitting your order.
Payments
You may pay for products and related shipping costs using one of the methods indicated in the order form.
If you pay by credit or debit card, your financial information (such as card number and expiration date) will be collected securely via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol by PayPal or Satispay, the providers of electronic remote payment services.
If you use PayPal or Satispay, their respective privacy policies apply, which are available at www.paypal.com and www.satispay.com. These describe how your personal data is collected, stored, processed, shared, and transferred.
MEDERE SRL will never have access to your credit card details. Payment information will only be used by MEDERE SRL to complete your purchase, issue refunds, or prevent/report fraud to the relevant authorities.
The product price, as shown in the order form, will be charged to your card at the time of order.
Shipping and Delivery of Products
Shipping Costs
Shipping within Italy is free of charge. For international shipments, an additional fee will apply, calculated based on the destination country and added to the product price. If you wish to receive your order abroad, please contact us at support@medere.it with your delivery address, and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicative and not binding for MEDERE SRL. Order processing times after payment confirmation: 1–5 business days for processing + 2–5 business days for shipping = Total delivery time: 3–10 business days. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are excluded from this calculation.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Our customized and made-to-measure products are carefully inspected before shipping.
Under Article 59 of Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, the right of withdrawal (Articles 52–58 on distance and off-premises contracts) does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
However, MEDERE SRL provides support for any issues related to its products through its assistance service. Within 14 days of receiving the product, customers must contact support@medere.it or call (+39) 3519143099 to report any problems.
The email must clearly state the reason for the support request, include photographic evidence of the issue, and the customer’s personal details. MEDERE SRL will conduct the necessary checks. If a manufacturing defect attributable to MEDERE SRL is confirmed, we will either replace the product or, if replacement is not possible, issue a refund.
For non-customized products, MEDERE SRL also offers full support. Within 14 days of receiving the item, customers may report issues or exercise their right of withdrawal by contacting support@medere.it or calling (+39) 3519143099.
The request must include a clear explanation and photographic evidence (if applicable), along with customer information.
In case of withdrawal, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product. MEDERE SRL will refund the purchase price and any standard delivery charges.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, specifically Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, No. 206 on distance contracts, and Legislative Decree of 9 April 2003, No. 70 regarding certain aspects of electronic commerce.
In the event of any dispute between MEDERE SRL and the end user arising from these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the competent court shall be in Rome.
Changes and Updates
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated from time to time in response to legal changes. The updated terms will be effective from the date of publication on medere.it.
